Enrolled Patient Fees

Community Services Card (CSC) holders receive reduced fees.

Some services may have additional charges — please ask our team if you’re unsure

Casual Patients: Please enquire at reception as your charges may vary.

The fees displayed below are current as at the date of publication. However, they may change without notice. Please inquire at the reception for further information. Last updated Dec 2025.

Standard appointments are 20 minutes long. When booking, let us know if you need more time.

Appointment changes & cancellations: We understand that plans can change, and sometimes things come up unexpectedly. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible — this helps us offer your time to another whānau member who may need care. If you give at least 24 hours’ notice, there is no charge for changing or cancelling your booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee, and if you don’t attend your booked appointment, the full fee will apply.

Ngā mihi - Thank you for your understanding.
