These comprehensive assessments look beyond symptoms to understand your physical, mental, social, and cultural wellbeing. Our Nurse Practitioners provide personalised evaluations that may include health history, lifestyle review, screening tests, and early detection of health conditions.

    With a focus on partnership we work alongside you to identify goals, strengthen health outcomes, and connect you with services or supports that promote long-term wellbeing. Our aim is to support flourishing future generations through accessible, trusted, high-quality care

  • Our long-term conditions care supports whānau living with ongoing health needs such as diabetes, heart disease, respiratory conditions, and other chronic illnesses. Our approach recognises that managing these conditions requires consistent guidance, monitoring, and strong relationships.

    We provide personalised care plans, regular health reviews, medication support, lifestyle coaching, and education to help you understand and manage your condition confidently. Our Nurse Practitioners work in partnership with you—promoting self-management, early intervention, and culturally grounded care that respects your goals and priorities.

    Our focus is on improving health outcomes, maintaining independence, and enhancing quality of life for you and your whānau.

  • We offer a wide range of women’s health services for women of all ages including pregnancy, menstrual disorders, menopause and contraception to sexual health.

    Services that are offered in this clinic include:

    • Cervical smears

    • Breast checks

    • Education on women’s health issues

    • Pregnancy tests

    • Early pregnancy support and information

    • Information on contraceptive options (including condoms, oral contraception or depo provera injections, IUDs and implants)

    • Emergency contraception

    • Irregular bleeding

    • Information and help with menopause

    • Sexual health testing

    • Mental and Emotional Health

    We provide comprehensive assessments, immunisations, health education, developmental and wellbeing checks, and support for parenting and whānau health needs. Our approach is strengths-based and culturally grounded—honouring whānau knowledge, values, and aspirations.
